Even though I've spent my whole career supporting women through their pregnancy journeys, my first pregnancy did not go well.
Acid reflux. Constipation. Anxiety. Preterm labour. And a colic baby that just would not stop crying.
That was my experience during my first pregnancy.
But, when you actually look at it...a lot of these issues can be helped by improving gut health, and making sure your tummy is happy by having great nutrition, even before getting pregnant.
