We will certainly discuss postpartum during our weekly live calls as it’s such an important aspect of becoming a new mom. Postpartum nutrition will be added as a section in the Nourished Mama Circle in the very near future.

DOES IT COVER POSTPARTUM NUTRITION?

Yes. Everything is available online and we have soon-to-be-mamas from the US, Australia, UK, and New Zealand therefore location isn’t an issue.

CAN I JOIN IF I LIVE
OUTSIDE OF CANADA?

You can use the membership as much or as little as you want. The more you look around the more you’ll learn about pregnancy, nutrition, and lots more. It's much less time consuming than using "google" and the information in the Nourished Mama Circle is factual and research based.

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time after the first month. We offer a 7-day refund for the 6-month + 12-month options.

REFUND POLICY?
