I started my business to help busy mamas and mamas-to-be understand how to nourish their bodies… So that they could actually enjoy their pregnancy, instead of spending most of their nine months worrying about what they might be doing wrong.

Acid reflux. Constipation. Anxiety. Preterm labour. And a colic baby that just would not stop crying.
That was my experience during my first pregnancy.
What’s more, I did not understand why I was experiencing these symptoms while other women around me seemed to “sail through” their pregnancy.
It wasn’t until I got my nutrition education that everything finally “clicked” for me.
Even though I had spent my whole career supporting women through their pregnancy journeys, my first pregnancy did not go well at all.
However, it did inspire me to look into the link between nutrition and pregnancy symptoms… Which is how I ended up here, talking to you.

And, despite what some would try to tell you, it’s not as simple as taking a basic prenatal vitamin and calling it a day. There’s more to pregnancy nutrition than meets the eye - and I’m here to make sure you have access to the information & resources you need to nourish yourself and your baby in the best way possible.
Turns out, our nutrition (and our gut health!) is way more important than most of us think.
Together, we will create a plan that adapts to your lifestyle and dietary preferences while keeping things as simple as possible.
As a result, you will be able to ENJOY the precious moments of your pregnancy (instead of just “getting through it”, or spending hours in the kitchen trying to come up with a nutritious meal that you can actually keep down).
My approach to nutrition focuses on eating real, whole foods, finding supplements that work for YOUR individual situation, and understanding that there’s no such thing as a “perfect” pregnancy diet.
Instead of trying to create a “perfect” diet for you, we will focus on making small, sustainable changes to your meals so that you can see real change without giving up your favorite foods.
